In the past, I worked with mentally ill and special needs individuals. Their care can be expensive. I see a president who would not find their needs important and I am gravely concerned about what an administration like his will do to "cut costs." Based on his behaviors, he only seems to value "beautiful or rich people" -- pretty scary! I am picturing horrific old style asylums where humans were treated like trash.
