Thanks the easy to read summary of the appeal process in front of the judge. We know the laws are provided and it’s good to see people are exercising their rights to appeal. However, it is unfortunate that you don’t need proof or documentation supporting the reasons for your appeal.
We are past it of the outcome of the appeal and anything else that may occur with regard to Robert DeClerk.

Fascinating (maybe not the whole 90 minute soliloquy) small town court drama. Of course resident people all know each other, especially those involved in local businesses… I don’t see any foul committed via text between long acquaintances.
